On August 5, independent tech journalist Tim Culpan revealed that TSMC is ramping up N2 production capacity to meet the demand for Apple's A20 Pro processor. However, due to a DRAM shortage, Apple processors worth $1 billion have been accumulated, and they will need to wait for DRAM delivery before the final packaging can be completed.
