According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Guoneng Qinghai Delingha Coal Power Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhao Zhiwei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. The business scope includes: power generation business, transmission business, and supply business; cooling supply services; research and development of emerging energy technologies; solar power technology services, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by China Energy Investment Corporation through indirect holdings.
