On August 6, Omdia's latest report indicated that by 2026, the procurement share of notebook panels by the world's top six PC brands will reach a record high of 80.4%. Due to the shortage of components, leading manufacturers significantly increased stockpiling in the first half of the year, but rising costs prompted price hikes of 15% to 30%. The global shipment volume of notebook panels is expected to decline by 5.5% year-on-year to 221 million units.
