China has completed the preparation of the new version of the full-month geological map.

The geological map of the entire moon at a scale of 1:5 million, compiled by our country's research team, has a main map measuring approximately 280 centimeters in length and 120 centimeters in height. It comes with partial geological maps of the North and South Poles, accurately marking over 13,000 impact craters and 81 impact basins, and classifying 14 types of geological structures and 17 types of rock.
