South Korea makes a final anti-dumping ruling on butyl acrylate from China.

On July 23, 2026, the Korea Trade Commission released notice No. 2026-13, issuing a definitive affirmative anti-dumping ruling on butyl acrylate originating from China. It recommends that the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Korea impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on the subject products, specifically as follows: for Taixing Shengke Chemical Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises, the tax rate is 11.42%; for Shanghai Huayi New Materials Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises, the tax rate is 8.32%; for Pinghu Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises, the tax rate is 19.17%; and for other producers/exporters in China, the tax rate is 18.69%. The Korean tax number for the subject products is 2916.12.3000.
