On August 6, according to the latest statistics from the China Gold Association: In the first half of 2026, the domestic gold ETF increased its holdings by 28.677 tons, a decrease of 66.17% compared to the first half of 2025. By the end of June 2026, the domestic gold ETF's holdings amounted to 276.529 tons. In the first half of 2026, our country added 40.12 tons of gold, and by the end of June, our gold reserves stood at 2,346.45 tons, ranking fifth in the world. From November 2024 to June 2026, our country has increased its gold holdings for 20 consecutive months.
