The Global Chinese Business Club (01757.HK) announced that starting from August 5, 2026, Ms. Peng Yunyin has been appointed as Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chief Technology Officer; Mr. Guo Xianjiao has been appointed as Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chief Marketing Officer; and Mr. Zhou Zhenlin has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
