Guotong Co., Ltd.: Some bank accounts have been unfrozen after the freeze was lifted.

Guotong Co., Ltd. announced that recently three of the company's bank accounts have been frozen, including one basic account and two general accounts, with a total amount of 230 million yuan applied for freezing, and 691,900 yuan actually frozen. The reason for the freeze is a dispute over a financial loan contract. After the company raised an execution objection, the Hainan Province Second Intermediate People's Court agreed to lift the freeze and revoke the execution. The account has now been unfrozen. The freeze has not had a significant impact on the company's business, capital turnover, or operations.
