The net proceeds from the subscription are estimated to be approximately HKD 10.8 million, with about HKD 5.8 million allocated for the groups general working capital, mainly including employee costs and legal and professional expenses; and approximately HKD 5 million for repaying the groups existing debts, including loans from financial institutions.
