The plaintiff has now applied to withdraw the lawsuit, and the court has approved it. This lawsuit is a related case arising from the company's disputes over accounts receivable with multiple parties. The company signed a "Settlement Agreement" with all parties in July 2026, and at this stage, all parties are fulfilling their obligations as agreed in the agreement. Given that the case has been withdrawn, it will not have a significant impact on the company's daily production and operation, nor on the profit and loss for this period and beyond.
