The National Development and Reform Commission has urgently allocated 50 million yuan from the central budget to support the emergency recovery efforts in Shaanxi following the flood disaster.

Recently, affected by heavy rainfall, many places in Shaanxi have experienced severe flooding disasters. On August 5th, the National Disaster Prevention and Relief Committee activated a Level Four national emergency response for disaster relief. In accordance with the "National Natural Disaster Relief Emergency Plan" and the disaster loss situation in Shaanxi Province, the National Development and Reform Commission urgently allocated 50 million yuan from the central budget to support Shaanxi Province in its emergency recovery efforts after the flooding disaster. This funding will focus on the emergency restoration of damaged infrastructure in the disaster-affected areas, including roads, water conservancy, and public service facilities such as schools and hospitals, with the aim of promptly restoring normal production and living order.
