This year's 13th typhoon "White Dolphin" was located at sea approximately 970 kilometers east of Naha City in the Ryukyu Islands at 14:00 on August 5, with maximum wind force of 14 levels near its center. It is expected that "White Dolphin" will move westward at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity. Affected by "White Dolphin," the wind force in the East China Sea will gradually strengthen starting from the night of the 6th, reaching levels 10 to 13 from the 7th to the 8th, and 13 to 16 in some areas from the night of the 8th to the 10th. The Zhejiang Provincial Meteorological Station has issued typhoon information. According to the "Zhejiang Province Flood Control, Typhoon Prevention, and Drought Relief Emergency Plan," after assessment and consultation, the Zhejiang Provincial Flood Control Command decided to initiate marine typhoon emergency response at 18:00 on August 5. Coastal regions and relevant provincial departments should closely monitor the typhoon's development trends, quickly activate the "1833" joint command system, fully enter a state of readiness, and in accordance with emergency plans for flood control and typhoon prevention and defense work plans, orderly carry out all marine typhoon prevention work including ensuring key vessels shelter from wind, anchoring vessels in port, halting maritime routes, closing coastal tourist attractions, and evacuating personnel from aquaculture operations and marine construction projects.
