Rui Feng Bank announces that the company has completed the payment of 50 million yuan for its investment in Shaoxing Hengxin Rural Commercial Bank, and this external investment in shares has now been finalized. Previously, the company's board of directors approved the involvement in the subscription of the targeted issuance of shares by Shaoxing Hengxin Rural Commercial Bank, with a total investment not to exceed 50 million yuan, which has now been approved by the Shaoxing Branch of the National Financial Supervision and Administration and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
