*ST Ruihe announced that its shareholder Ruizhan Industry, holding more than 5% of shares, will release the pledge on its 15.22 million shares of the company on August 4, 2026, and will re-pledge the same amount on the same day, accounting for 20.63% of its holdings and 4.03% of the companys total share capital.
