Zhitong Finance APP news, Forter (601865.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire 60% of the equity of Shanghai Fulairui Cheng New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as Fulairui Cheng) held by its related party Jiaxing Yihe Investment Co., Ltd., with a total transaction price of 60.0399 million yuan. Upon completion of the acquisition, Fulairui Cheng will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
