Folate announced that the company plans to acquire a 60% equity stake in Shanghai Fulairich New Materials Co., Ltd. held by its affiliated party, Jiaxing Yihe Investment Co., Ltd., with a total transaction price of 60.0399 million yuan. Upon completion of the acquisition, the target company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not meet the standards for shareholder meeting deliberation, thus no submission for review is required. In the past 12 months, the company has had joint investments, capital increases, and daily related transactions with Yihe Investment. This transaction does not constitute a major asset restructuring and has a positive impact on the company's strategy and business.
