Cleared 3.85 million infringement links; July TV drama copyright infringement management results announced.

According to information obtained by reporters today from the National Radio and Television Administration, in July 2026, the Administration, in conjunction with key provincial bureaus, will organize relevant industry entities to monitor popular dramas, assigning responsibilities to each party. Additionally, they will include Thunder in the key monitoring platform based on actual work developments. This month, a total of 3.85 million infringing links have been cleared, and 385 infringing accounts have been addressed. It is reported that the special governance work targeting the unauthorized dissemination of TV dramas initiated in May 2026, as per the National Radio and Television Administration's work deployment, has achieved significant results. To further consolidate governance outcomes, the work will be carried out through a regularized and institutionalized long-term mechanism, effectively linking with "Sword Net 2026," thus creating a sustained crackdown on infringing dissemination and violations.
