On August 5th, a residential land parcel in the Hongshan District of Wuhan was auctioned, with a planned construction area of 50,702.78 square meters and a floor area ratio of 2.1. The starting price was 314.6 million yuan, with an initial floor price of 6,205 yuan per square meter. After 32 bidding rounds, Wuhan Kaide Real Estate ultimately secured the parcel for a total price of 380.6 million yuan, resulting in a of 7,506 yuan per square meter and a premium rate of 20.98%.
