The Supreme People's Procuratorate has released guiding cases for complicated and difficult criminal appeals.

The Supreme People's Procuratorate recently released the 63rd batch of guiding cases, all of which involve complex criminal cases for which the Supreme Procuratorate has filed appeals, and all are cases of criminal retrial appeals. The five guiding cases published this time include: the case of Chen in a robbery retrial appeal, the case of Xin in an intentional homicide retrial appeal, the case of Tan in intentional homicide and rape retrial appeal, the case of Xu in a drug transportation retrial appeal, and the case of Ma in a robbery retrial appeal. Many of these cases represent overturning judgments, fully reflecting the procuratorial authority's objective and fair stance and its unwavering determination to uphold judicial justice.
