J.P. Morgan is reportedly planning to acquire the French heating and cooling network operator Idex for 3.8 billion euros.

On August 5, it was reported that JPMorgan Chase is close to finalizing a deal to acquire Idex, the French heating and cooling network operator under Antin. Including debt, the transaction values Idex at approximately 3.8 billion euros.
