Guangzhou sells its first plot under the commitment system for the sale of existing properties.

Recently, the Nansha District Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources in Guangzhou issued an announcement for the online listing of state-owned construction land use rights, offering the 2026NJY-3 land parcel. This parcel consists of three sub-parcels. Notably, this is Guangzhou's first residential project that incorporates the "commitment system for the sale of existing housing" into the bidding conditions. The announcement clearly states that this project will implement the commitment system for the sale of existing housing and extend the installment payment period for the land transfer fee.
