China Upper City (02330): Ko Tada appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

Zhitong Finance APP News, China Shangcheng (02330) announced that starting from August 4, 2026: 1. Due to internal personnel adjustments within the group, Ms. Aika Ouji has been reassigned as Chairwoman of the Board and Executive Director, and will no longer serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Following Ms. Ouji's reassignment, she will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, but will remain a member of the Nomination Committee; 2. Mr. Ko Tada has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee; and 3. Executive Director Mr. Liu Zhiren will no longer serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
