Yan Jingyuan has been approved to serve as the Chief Compliance Officer of Huatai Asset Management.

On August 4, the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau's website published an approval, confirming the qualification of the Chief Compliance Officer of Yanjingyuan Huatai Asset Management Co., Ltd. The company must strictly comply with the relevant regulatory requirements set by the Financial Regulatory Bureau, and within two months from the date of this administrative license decision, the approved personnel must take office. Within 10 days of their appointment, they must report their status to the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau. If they do not take office within the specified timeframe, their qualifications will be rendered invalid.
