Huachuang Yunxin announced that the company intends to jointly establish the Beijing Huachuang Xinzhi Equity Investment Fund Partnership with Jinhui Wealth Capital Management Co., Ltd. The total fund size is 100 million yuan, with each party contributing 50 million yuan. Jinhui Capital will serve as the general partner, executive partner, and fund manager. The fund will focus its market-oriented investments on the field of new productivity. This investment does not constitute a major asset restructuring and has been reviewed by the company's general manager office meeting. The fund has not yet completed industrial and commercial registration and association filing, and there are risks of returns being below expectations during its operation.
