The announcement from Fengzhushou indicates that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ya'an Yunzhisuanli Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a computing server procurement agreement with Company A for a total amount of 3.062 billion yuan; and a computing service contract with Company B for a total amount of 4.608 billion yuan. The total contract amount is approximately 7.67 billion yuan. If the project is successfully implemented, the expected annual net profit is between 60 million and 72 million yuan. The contracts will take effect after being approved by the company's shareholders' meeting.
