The Central Meteorological Observatory released a flood risk weather forecast at 18:00 on August 4: Due to the impact of heavy rainfall, it is expected that from 20:00 on August 4 to 20:00 on August 5, there will be a high meteorological risk of flooding in parts of southwestern Shanxi, western Henan, western Hubei, northern Hunan, southwestern and northeastern Hainan Island, western and southern Yunnan, and central-southern Shaanxi.
