Shanghai Sanmao announced that the company approved the proposal for the liquidation and cancellation of Shanghai Bohua Gene Chip Technology Co., Ltd. on August 4, 2026. The company has had no actual operational activities for many years and meets the identification standards for "two no's" and "two assets." Shanghai Sanmao and its subsidiaries hold a total of 98.75% of its equity. This liquidation and cancellation does not involve personnel placement, and once completed, the company will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements. However, the liquidation process faces risks such as obstacles in advancement and delays in progress.
