Mianbi Intelligent Releases the World's First Stencil Optimization AI System as Open Source

On August 4th, Mianbi Intelligence, in collaboration with the OpenBMB open-source community, officially released and open-sourced the world's first Stencil optimization "automatic research + automatic deployment" closed-loop AI system, ForgeStencil. Real-world test data shows that ForgeStencil achieves a geometric mean acceleration of 2.35 times at the same accuracy, with an additional speedup of 1.95 times under mixed precision. In practical application scenarios, the general-purpose CAE solver hypre accelerates by 3.86 times, electromagnetic simulation FDTD accelerates by 2.47 times, and neutron transport calculations in nuclear reactors using minisweep achieve a maximum acceleration of 5.78 times.
