According to industrial and commercial information from Tianyancha, Wanda Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. completed a change in senior management personnel on July 27, with Wang Sicong officially stepping down as a director of the company. Zhang Chunyan also simultaneously resigned from the board, while Chen Hongtao has been newly appointed as a director. In the past six years, Wang Sicong has stepped down as a director of Wanda's core companies three times, further distancing himself from the operational aspects of Wanda Group.
