Afternoon Review: The ChiNext Index opened high and continued to rise, increasing by 4.83%. The components, CPO sector, and PCB concept sector led the gains.
The three major A-share indices collectively rose in early trading. By the lunch break, the Shanghai Composite Index was up 0.16%, the Shenzhen Component Index had increased by 2.74%, the ChiNext Index rose by 4.83%, the Beijing Stock Exchange 50 increased by 1.67%, and the STAR Market 50 Index was up by 2.91%. The total market turnover reached 1.3696 trillion yuan, a decrease of 5.2 billion yuan from the previous day, with over 3,700 individual stocks rising. In terms of sectors, the component, CPO, electronic chemicals, CRO concept, and PCB concept sectors had the largest gains; while the banking, liquor, airport and shipping, automotive manufacturing, and road and railway transportation sectors saw the largest declines. On the market, the component sector opened high and remained strong, with Baoding Technology, Dongshan Precision, and Zhongjing Electronics hitting the daily limit, while Nanya New Material, Shenzhen South Circuit, Shengyi Technology, and Hongban Technology had significant gains. The CPO sector was also active, with companies like Shijia Technology and Yongding Shares reaching the daily limit. Companies such as Hangdongguang, Guangku Technology, Shijia Photonics, Tianfu Communication, and Zhongji Xuchuang experienced substantial increases. The CRO concept sector opened high and continued to rise, with WuXi AppTec, Baihua Pharmaceuticals, and Shuangcheng Pharmaceuticals hitting the daily limit, while Nearshore Protein, Kanglong Huacheng, and Boteng Shares had notable gains. The banking sector continued to decline, with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, and Bank of China experiencing the largest drops. The airport and shipping sector also performed weakly, with Air China, Spring Airlines, and China Eastern Airlines leading in declines.
