China Index Academy: The enthusiasm for land auctions of high-quality plots in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Beijing continued in July.

According to data from the Central Finger Research Institute, from January to July, among the top 20 cities in the country for residential land transfer payments, Shanghai ranked first in the nation with 74.9 billion yuan, followed by Hangzhou and Beijing in second and third place, respectively. In July alone, the auction of quality land continued to be heated in Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Beijing, with transfer payments exceeding 10 billion yuan in each case, and Shanghai has seen its transfer payments exceed 10 billion yuan for three consecutive months.
