As of the end of July this year, the online reading volume of the Chinese version of the national standard has exceeded 174 million times.
The State Administration for Market Regulation will publicly disclose national standards for free as an important initiative to serve the public. Following the provision of free downloads for over 30,000 national standards last year, this year, more than 2,600 foreign language versions of national standards have also been made available for free in full text. Meanwhile, efforts to optimize the standards disclosure platform are ongoing, with the integration of the full-text national standards disclosure system into the national standard information public service platform. Redundant functions that hinder standard downloads and usage have been completely eliminated, enabling a "one-click download" functionality to continuously improve the convenience of platform use. As of the end of July 2026, the online reading volume of the Chinese version of national standards has exceeded 174 million times, with download volumes surpassing 53 million. The foreign language version of national standards, which was launched just over three months ago, has already seen over 120,000 online reads and more than 160,000 downloads. National standards related to artificial intelligence and safety, such as the Evaluation Index System for Smart City Spatial Infrastructure and Safety Technical Specifications for Work in Confined Spaces, are leading in both reading and download volumes.
