Zhitong Finance APP news, Pulink Changshan (01809) announced that on August 3, 2026, after confirmation by all parties, Prinx Malaysia, as the borrower, and Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, as the coordinator, along with Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, Bank of China (Malaysia) Limited, Bank of China Shandong Branch, China Construction Bank (Malaysia) Limited, China Construction Bank Shandong Branch, and HSBC Bank (Malaysia) Limited as the lead arrangers (lenders), have entered into a financing agreement regarding financing of RMB 1.36 billion and USD 15 million (the Agreement), with a term of five years from the date of the Agreement.
