The 13th typhoon of this year, "White Dolphin," formed on July 27. As of 5 PM on August 3, its center was located approximately 1,890 kilometers east of Naha City in the Ryukyu Islands, over the northwestern Pacific Ocean, with maximum winds near the center reaching 15 levels and a minimum central pressure of 945 hPa. It is expected that "White Dolphin" will continue to move northwest at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour, with little change in intensity, posing no significant impact on our country before the 5th. It will pass through the Ryukyu Islands and move into the East China Sea between the 6th and 7th, after which its path and impact on our country remain highly uncertain. Meteorological experts remind the public to closely monitor the latest forecasts and warning information released by the Central Meteorological Administration and to prepare in advance for typhoon defense.
