Shida Shenghua announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongying Shenghua Lida Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest in the construction of a 200,000 tons/year electrolyte project, with a total estimated investment of 721 million yuan and a construction investment of 533 million yuan. The project will be located at No. 198 Tongxing Road, Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 93,598.93 square meters, with a construction period of 12 months. This matter was approved at the 32nd meeting of the 8th Board of Directors on August 3, 2026, and is subject to review by the shareholders' meeting.
