Zhongji Health announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Red Tomato, plans to invest 8.2 million yuan in the construction of a direct filling sauce post-packaging production line equipment procurement project, which, upon completion, will have an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of small jar tomato sauce, equating to 12.5 million jars. The project is located in Manas County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, and the construction involves the procurement and installation of a production line for direct filling with equipment for 210g and 400g small jars. The funding sources will be 2.2 million yuan of self-raised funds from the company and 6 million yuan of special supporting funds. This project does not require a shareholder meeting review but must undergo government approval procedures, and it does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset reorganization.
