Chenfeng Technology: Signed a total contract for a 712 million yuan energy storage power station.

Chenfeng Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beiwang New Energy, which holds a 35% stake in Guotian Beiwang, plans to invest in the construction of the 200MW/800MWh grid-side independent new-type energy storage power station project in Erguna City. The total contract price is 712 million yuan. Recently, the companys holding subsidiary, Liaoning Beiwang, signed the "General Contract" with Guotian Beiwang as the contractor. This matter has been approved by the special meeting of independent directors, the board of directors, and the shareholders' meeting.
