China Shipbuilding: Chief Accountant Wang Jie resigns due to work adjustments.

China Shipbuilding announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter from Chief Accountant Wang Jie. Due to work adjustments, she will resign from her position on July 31, 2026, which was originally set to last until June 2, 2028. After her resignation, Wang Jie will continue to serve as Chief Accountant for the companys wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Wang Jie confirmed that there are no differences of opinion with the board, and her resignation will not affect the normal operations of the company. The company will promptly hire a new Chief Accountant.
