On August 3rd, Inner Mongolia Xinhua announced that the company held the eighth meeting of the fourth board of directors on the same day and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Vice President." In order to meet the actual development needs of the company and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, and upon the recommendation of the actual controller, the Peoples Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the nomination by General Manager Xin Na, the nomination committee of the board of directors conducted a qualification review. The board of directors agreed to appoint Zhang Ruiping as the company's vice president, with the term of office starting from the date this proposal is approved by the board of directors until the expiration of the term of the fourth board of directors.
