Ruimaite announced that the company had previously approved the repurchase of shares with an amount not less than 60 million yuan and not exceeding 120 million yuan from the oversubscription funds, to be used for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. The repurchase price will be adjusted to not exceed 73.88 yuan per share after the annual equity distribution in 2025. As of July 31, 2026, the company had cumulatively repurchased 1.5074 million shares, accounting for 1.2032% of the total equity, with a highest transaction price of 46.13 yuan per share, a lowest transaction price of 37.88 yuan per share, and a total transaction amount of 65.0311 million yuan.
