Recently, the Market Supervision Administration of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province held a launch and training meeting for a special action aimed at improving the quality of key food products. It introduced a "diagnosis + testing" support model and fully initiated quality enhancement efforts for key food categories in the city, including pastries, cooked meat products, and biscuits. The special action adopts a cooperative mechanism of "on-site review + sampling inspection." By conducting on-site verifications, it accurately identifies key risk points, such as microorganisms in the baking and inner packaging processes. Targeted sampling and testing will be conducted at critical points, such as production raw materials, semi-finished products, equipment, and the hands of workers, to pinpoint the causes of any abnormalities. Additionally, a dynamic record for each enterprise will be established, and comprehensive assessments will be conducted based on inspection results, implementing customized support measures for each enterprise. This will provide tailored rectification and improvement plans, guiding enterprises to address management shortcomings, optimize production processes, and perfect control systems. After the launch ceremony, experts from the Fujian Provincial Quality Inspection Institute conducted a specialized training on food safety risk prevention and control. They provided systematic explanations on key aspects of quality control for key food categories, production process management, inspection comparison, and addressed questions and interactive discussions on-site. Participating enterprises expressed that the training content was closely aligned with production realities and highly relevant, offering valuable guidance for self-inspection and quality improvement, effectively addressing technical shortcomings and enhancing the enterprises' ability to manage their own risks.
