According to the China Trade Relief Information Network, on July 31, the U.S. International Trade Commission announced that it has issued a partial final ruling under Section 337 regarding certain smart wearable devices, systems, and their components: there will be no review of the initial ruling made by the administrative law judge on July 1, 2026, stating that the applicant meets the economic criteria for domestic industry status in the United States.
