The pledge start date was July 23, 2026, with Chongqing International Trust Co., Ltd. as the pledgee, to provide equity pledge guarantee for the financing of the listed company. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the two individuals have pledged a total of 103 million shares, accounting for 37.42% of their holdings and 9.00% of the total share capital of the company. There is no risk of forced liquidation for the pledged shares, and it has no substantial impact on the company.
