Zhtng Cijng APP News, Fosun Pharma (600196.SH) announced that recently, its controlling subsidiary Fosun Wanbang (Jiangsu) Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fosun Wanbang") has received approval from the National Medical Products Administration to conduct clinical trials of DM1001 formulation for treating signs and symptoms of idiopathic Parkinson's disease in adults. Fosun Wanbang plans to conduct Phase I clinical trials of the drug in China once the conditions are met. The drug is a chemical compound. According to the latest data from IQVIA CHPA, the sales of the same compound drug in China is estimated to reach around 375 million RMB by 2025.
