Xiamen Tungsten: Intends to acquire 1.3483% equity of Jiangxi Jutong.

On July 24th, Xiamen Tungsten Industry announced that the company plans to invest 26,517.4 million yuan to acquire 1.3483% of the equity of Jiangxi Jutong Industrial Co., Ltd. held by Jiangxi Zhuoxin Mining Co., Ltd. Jiangxi Jutong is the operating entity for the development and construction of the Dahutang tungsten mine, currently holding mining licenses for the Dahutang North Area and Dahutang South Area tungsten mines. By acquiring 1.3483% of the equity of Jiangxi Jutong in advance, it will help the company promote the progress of relevant equity acquisitions of Jiangxi Jutong and further enhance the company's tungsten resource security.
