The spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce answered questions from journalists regarding the inclusion of 14 EU entities in the export control list.

According to the Securities Times App, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Commerce stated in response to questions from reporters that the European Union has officially announced the 21st round of sanctions against Russia, including 14 mainland Chinese and Hong Kong companies on the list of sanctions. In order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and in response to the above-mentioned reprehensible actions of the European Union, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Control of Dual-Use Items Export of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to put 14 EU entities such as Lafarge Group on the export control list, prohibiting exporters from exporting dual-use items to these entities, and prohibiting overseas organizations and individuals from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to these entities.
