Some small and medium-sized rivers within the heavy rain area may experience flooding above warning levels; some cities may experience urban flooding; and areas including Meizhou, Shaoguan, Heyuan in Guangdong, and Ganzhou and Ji'an in Jiangxi have a higher risk of flash floods in mountainous regions.
