According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Shenzhen Yigen Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) being added as a shareholder. At the same time, the registered capital increased from 5 million RMB to approximately 5.5714 million RMB. Shenzhen Yigen Technology Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020, with Zheng Jiaxin as its legal representative. Its business scope includes software development, computer system services, and new material research and development. Currently, it is jointly held by Jiaxing Yigen Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, Zheng Jiaxin, and the aforementioned new shareholder. Public information shows that the company is a developer of material simulation and modeling software.
