Shanghai: Constructing a pilot zone for direct financing.

The office of the Financial Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Shanghai Development and Reform Commission and other departments have issued the "Measures on Shanghai Fully Utilizing the Function of Direct Financing and Further Strengthening Technology Financial Services", in which they propose to establish a direct financing pilot zone. By relying on the equity investment gathering area of Shanghai and high-energy level science and technology innovation gathering areas such as Zhangjiang Science City and Da Lengho Bay, they plan to construct a direct financing pilot zone. They will establish a policy evaluation and feedback mechanism, regularly review policy implementation barriers, promote timely solutions, and summarize replicable and promotable experiences and practices. They will promote the gathering of capital, talent, technology, and information within the pilot zone, and construct a complete chain financing service system that covers concept verification from "0 to 1," incubation acceleration from "1 to 10," and industrial expansion from "10 to 100."
