The company was established in December 2024, with Guo Renjie as the legal representative. Its business scope includes research and development of intelligent robots, development of artificial intelligence application software, etc. Currently, Guo Renjie, Suzhou Lingma Technology Partnership Enterprise, and the aforementioned new shareholders hold shares of the company.
